Where hardware meets intelligence.

I'm Harun Ar Rasyid, an Informatics Engineering student at Telkom University Purwokerto with a focused interest in systems that bridge the physical and digital worlds. My work spans embedded electronics, computer vision, and full-stack web development.

My foundation was laid in vocational school studying Audio Video Electronics — giving me hands-on hardware literacy that most software engineers lack. Since then I've grown into designing complete IoT pipelines, from writing firmware on ESP32 to training YOLO detection models and deploying the web dashboards that make the data meaningful to real users.

I believe great engineering is quiet. The best systems are the ones users never have to think about. That philosophy drives every project — whether it's a serverless smart home, a fish-counting vision system, or real-time traffic monitoring infrastructure for city government.

IoT Programmer

  • Designed and built a real-time fish-counting system on Raspberry Pi 5 using a YOLO object detection model and a Python desktop GUI for live visualization and data logging.
  • Developed an ESP32-based audio FFT monitoring device paired with a Laravel web interface capable of collecting numerical FFT data and WAV audio files via MQTT and HTTPClient.
  • Built a weight-monitoring and data-logging IoT device for the Solvia Cocobase Innovilage project using ESP32 and a Next.js dashboard.
  • Designed a coffee dehumidification system (ESP32) with real-time temperature and humidity monitoring, remote control capability, and cloud data logging.

Software Engineering Intern

  • Deployed and customized a Moodle LMS for Banyumas civil servants (ASN), enabling online training, capacity building, and continuous professional development for government staff.
  • Built an intelligent CCTV vehicle-counting system using OpenCV and YOLO for real-time traffic monitoring, congestion analysis, and urban planning decisions.
